These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at Seaside Luxury Villa and apply to all bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb, and direct reservations. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.
RESERVATIONS
All bookings require a confirmed reservation via the booking platform or direct communication with us. A minimum stay may be required, depending on seasonal availability.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment details, including deposit requirements, balance due dates, and accepted payment methods, will be specified at the time of booking. A security deposit of €350 is required 14 days prior to your arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, contingent upon a satisfactory inspection of the property. Final payment must be made in accordance with the terms outlined during booking to secure your reservation.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: Must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Early or late check-in/check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and must be arranged in advance, which may incur additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made according to the cancellation policy noted at the time of booking on the respective platform. Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the booking terms selected.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for returning keys to the designated key lockbox, turning off lights and air conditioning, disposing of waste, and ensuring all windows and doors are closed and locked before departure. Guests are also liable for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
Special Requests and Additional Amenities
For special requests (e.g., baby cots, high chairs), please notify us in advance through WhatsApp at +44 7715534997. While we will try to accommodate all requests, fulfilment is not guaranteed. Additional amenities are available at a cost of €35 each, and orders must be placed at least 48 hours before arrival.
Electricity Allowance
An electricity allowance of 30 kWh per day is included in your stay. Any usage exceeding this allowance will incur a charge of €0.45 per kWh. A meter reading will be taken on the day of arrival and departure to calculate usage.
Pool Safety Guidelines and Liability
The villa features a heated pool function available for an additional fee per night. A minimum booking of 5 nights and 72 hours’ notice is required to prepare the pool to the desired temperature. It is the guest’s responsibility to use the pool cover provided and to ensure the pool is covered when not in use. Guests must ensure that children are never left alone in the pool area at any time. The owner is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur in or around the pool.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed on the premises. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of your reservation and an additional cleaning fee.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas. Indoor smoking violations will incur a €300 fine.
Access to Property
The owner reserves the right to enter the property during your stay to perform necessary maintenance. Entry will be conducted at reasonable hours, except in emergencies. External maintenance personnel may access the property with prior arrangement.
Security and Liability
Guests must safeguard their valuables, as the owner is not liable for any loss or theft. Ensure all external access points are secured when not present. Any negligence that leads to theft or property damage may result in the owner seeking compensation.
Behaviour Guidelines
Guests are expected to maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition at all times. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. The owner reserves the right to take action for any damages caused by guests during their stay.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of property, or personal injury sustained during your stay.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Amendments
The owner may update these terms and conditions periodically. It is your responsibility to review the terms prior to your arrival.
