Superb villa, more beautiful than in the pictures; very clean and with all the facilities (stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, frappe machine, microwave, needle in each room). Very large pool with clean and warm water; sun loungers for each person, dining table both inside and outside. On the ground floor the entire glass wall opens and becomes an airy and modern space to stay both at the pool and in the house. Beach 3 minutes walk. Villa very close to restaurants and shops, and only 15 km from Aya Napa. Wonderful host, very prompt to any request or need of ours. Moreover, at check out we were allowed to stay until the evening (well after the scheduled check out time). We were waited on with lots of snacks, fruits, sweets, water and even beer and wine. It’s totally worth it! We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts! We will definitely come back!

Wonderful villa . Well kept , fabulous view at all levels with incredible uninterrupted panoramic views on roof top balcony. Great facilities, kitchen, bbq area with eating areas Inside and outside. Beautiful heated pool . Inside was spacious living area and large comfortable bedrooms again with great views. Local servicesd beach with own beach club. The best stay we have ever had. Fantastic!
